Approval is not permanent. Every partner has a live scorecard in the portal and practices can see the numbers that matter to them.
On time rate
Cases shipped on or before the promised date.
Remake rate
Remakes per hundred cases, by product and by cause.
Response time
How quickly the lab answers a message inside a case.
QC pass rate
Cases that pass the final technician check the first time.
Today, each practice is matched to one qualified partner. As the network grows, practices may be able to choose among several approved partners.
