Isolated workspaces
Each practice and laboratory runs in its own tenant at its own dentaltrak.com address. Cases, files and messages never cross between tenants.
Encryption everywhere
TLS on every connection. Scans, photos and documents are encrypted at rest. Secrets are managed outside the application code.
Role based access
Seven roles and granular permissions. A front desk user sees what a front desk user needs, and nothing more.
Audit trail
Every view, edit, upload and message is logged with who and when. Available to practice and lab administrators.
Minimal patient identifiers
Cases are keyed by a practice assigned reference. We ask for the minimum needed to make the restoration.
Business Associate Agreement
DentalTrak signs a BAA with practices and laboratories and hosts on infrastructure that signs one with us.
